Crafter Story is built entirely from stories submitted by sellers like you. Whether you launched an Etsy shop from your kitchen table, scaled a TikTok Shop past your day job’s income, or learned a hard lesson on eBay the hard way — we want to hear it, in your own words.
What We’re Looking For
- A real story about your own experience selling on a marketplace — your shop, a specific win or setback, a lesson learned, or how you got started
- Written in your own voice — it doesn’t need to be polished, we’ll help with editing
- Honest. We’d rather publish a story about a mistake you learned from than a generic success story
- At least a few hundred words — long enough to actually tell the story
How It Works
- Fill out the form below with your story and, optionally, a photo of your shop or products.
- Our editorial team reads every submission. We may reach out by email with questions or light editing suggestions.
- If it’s a fit, we’ll publish it under your name (or the byline you request) and let you know when it’s live.
Submitting a story doesn’t guarantee publication, and there’s no payment for submissions. By submitting, you confirm the story is your own and agree to our Terms of Use, which cover how we’re able to publish what you send us.
